# Refund & Return Policy

At Dr.Cosmo, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our products are skincare and personal care items, we follow return guidelines designed to protect product quality, safety, and hygiene.

## Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unopened, unused, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, unsealed, or altered, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, Dr.Cosmo will cover any applicable return shipping costs.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Opened, used, tested, or unsealed skincare products
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or handling
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale, if applicable

## How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

## Return Shipping

For approved returns due to a change of mind or an unopened product return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any return. Dr.Cosmo is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.

## Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

## Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return process.

## Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can review the situation and assist you.
